Please note that the price on FishPlus+ is fluctuates according to supply of the daily catch. Prices may vary greatly due to festive seasons & bad weather conditions. FishPlus+ reserves the right to change any of the fish prices without any prior notice. Whatsoever the reason of the price fluctuation, we will always honour the price at the point of sale.
The weight of the fish shown on FishPlus+ is Live fish Weight (gross weight). However the weight of the fish you received will be roughly 10% - 20% less than the gross weight (which the scales, guts, gills have been removed). There will be approximately 50% yield wastage after filleting (due to the head, bones, scales, guts, gills, fins have been removed).
Live fish weight is the weight of the fish when you first land in on the boat. The processed weight is the weight of the fish aft removing the head, bones, scales, guts, gills and fin.
All the products sold on FishPlus+ are subject to availability. As all our seafood is caught from the sea daily, we cannot control the amount of fishing yield we achieve. In the event that the product you purchase is not in stock, we will refund you the sale price of that product or replace with other item of similar value after agreed by customer.
Delivery charges of RM15 for Klang Valley area and FREE delivery will be applicable on the order of RM180 and above.
At anytime and anywhere of the delivery event takes place, please ensure you are available at the location of delivery. If a delivery is missed, you will be fully responsible for the goods left at the location and charges. No refund or exchange will be issued under such circumstances. No P.O. Box address will be accepted and if a P.O. Box address is entered, you will be fully responsible of the charges and no refund will be issued. We recommend an immediate transfer of your order into the freezer or fridge upon receiving to prevent items from being spoiled.

At the time of delivery if you feel that the seafood delivered to you is not fresh, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with provide us the photo and documentation. We will look into it and will arrange for the return the product and refund on your purchase.
